What we aim to achieve
Our Vision
Continuing to provide a safe, warm and nurturing environment, which our children can call home is essential to us. We want to keep doing what we set out to do, which is providing high quality care, a safe environment and a non-institutionalised moral based home that the children can really call home.
There are a lot of children in the care system and we want to help more inthe future, to make sure we make a difference in their lives. We want to help as much as possible within our capacity.
What pushes us to do so? “Seeing children enjoying education, going to school, taking up sports, managing behaviours, watching children enjoying life and building relationships with peers and staff members, is what motivates us to keep growing.”“This provides the confidence to work with more children and continue to grow our staff team, providing opportunities for our staff to excel from support workers to become team leaders or deputy managers.” says Satbir.
